Dr. Terry D. Williams is Senior Pastor of the First Community Church and the founder of TDW Ministries. Dr. Williams has a God given vision that will cover the earth through his worldwide television ministry. His ability to preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, conviction and passion makes him a sought after evangelist across the nation. He accepted his calling into the ministry in April 1993, and was named pastor of First Community Church in December 1997. During his ministry he has received numerous awards including the Servant-Leader award in 2002 from the International Black Women’s Congress and the National television Program of the month Award from First Choice Media in 2008.
Dr. Williams graduated from Lee Senior High School in Marianna, Arkansas and continued his studies in Houston, Texas at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) acquiring a diploma in HVAC mechanics. After completing his studies in Texas he relocated to Minneapolis, Minnesota where he became the founder of a successful HVAC business. He was also awarded the Associate of Arts and a Bachelor in Ministries Degree from Northwestern College. Dr. Williams received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Christian College of Jacksonville, Florida in March 2009.
Dr. Williams was taught the value of hard work, and is driven to see his God given vision come to pass. With a vision from God, and faith to see it through, Dr. Williams has went from a twelve member church to now touching millions in the state of Minnesota and worldwide through the "Walking by Faith" television broadcast. He is truly a pastor who is in touch with the needs of today’s people, and is certainly one to watch!

Born to Corrine Wright & the late Willie Lobster, Sister Williams was raised in South Minneapolis along with 4 older siblings. Sister Williams confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior on December 8, 1991. Since then her love for God has grown and her spiritual growth is a true testament of the love she has for God.
She graduated from Minneapolis Technical College and become a professional barber. After 14 years of experience in cutting hair, Sister Williams opened the successful “What A Cut” barbershop.
Terry D. Williams and LaTonya Williams were united in marriage on June 18, 1994. She is a devoted wife as well as a loving mother to their daughter Shaughnessy Corrine, and takes great pride and joy in training her up in the way she should go.
Sister Williams is dedicated to First Community and is willing to help the ministry in any way possible. She believes that God has anointed her to be the help mate to her husband, and enjoys being used to help build the Kingdom of God. She has dedicated her voice to the choir and enjoys teaching the Word of God to young ladies and seasoned women while presiding over the “Woman to Woman” ministry.
Sister Williams realizes the calling that God has placed over her life and praises God for this honor of serving him. Her spiritual growth shows that God is truly working in her and blessing her life. First Lady Williams continues to be steadfast, unmovable and always abounding in the work of the Lord.
